dated features and some noise issues
difficult curtainsineffective air conditioning
The room felt somewhat dated. curtains were difficult to operate and the shower head kept falling down. noise was also an issue. I could hear street noise late into the night. the air conditioning was not particularly effective. It was a bit disappointing given the price point, and i expect better from a hotel in this category.

I found the staff attentive. Check-in was seamless. the room service was prompt with high-quality food. the concierge secured reservations at a top-rated local restaurant. i also appreciated the complimentary shoe shine service offered each evening. the included breakfast buffet had diverse offerings, including fresh fruit, pastries, and cooked-to-order eggs.
the room decor, while elegant, felt a little dated and could use some refreshing.

the hotel's location was superb. upscale shops and restaurants were within a short walk! free valet parking was available, and the staff was always ready to help. i appreciated the fresh baked goods, fruit, and cheese selection at breakfast.
i found that the bar area was understaffed during peak hours. this resulted in longer wait times for service. i hope the hotel can improve on this aspect.
